Dr. Caitlin Walters earned her Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before completing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University.
She is a member of the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians and the Association of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians, and is also Fear Free Certified.
Originally from New York, Dr. Walters veterinary practice interests include surgery, dermatology, and behavior.
She lives with her Husband, their German Shepherd, two cats, ball python, and the latest shelter dog and/or cat foster they have.
In her free time, she enjoys photographing wildlife, visiting national and state parks, and reading.
